MAPS

So where do we go, then?

Well, this map shows the Dorset Dirt route in its muddy entirety, courtesy of Google Maps.
Neat, huh?

Click and drag on the map to move it around. The "+" and "-" icons at the top left zoom in and out respectively. It really is as easy as that...

Click on the BIG MAP link on the left to open a bigger map on its own page. This page will remain open underneath in case you get lost.

If you click on the Google logo at the bottom left, the map will open up on its own. Good for looking around but it loses the route in the process.

Click the "back" icon in your browser to return here.

We've tested this page in Internet Explorer and Firefox, on a Windows PC. If you have some other browser/operating system and it works that's great! If it doesn't work for some reason, we're very sorry but we can't do very much to fix it at this stage.

We use Google maps because we've worked very hard to get the overlay working. There aren't very many other options open to us that can let us do this, so we'll leave it there for now - hope it works for you!

WHAT?
A challenging 50km (about 30 miles) off-road bike ride around central Dorset.

WHEN?
Sunday 14th September 2008
START: 10:00am
FINISH: Up to you!

WHERE?
Starting from Top O'Town car park, Dorchester, the route forms a loop that reaches out towards Ansty, cuts westwards through Buckland Newton and flirts around Cerne Abbas before dashing south towards the finish back in Dorchester. Phew!

WHY?
Umm...

HOW?
Use the link on the left to download our booking form. Send it in asap. Sorted!

  Gate on with it!
